Itinerary 

7 Days

Day 01

Arrival Day

Upon arrival at, your private driver will greet you and provide comfortable transportation directly to your accommodation.

This day is intentionally left open to accommodate your flight schedule—whether you’d prefer to rest or begin exploring at your own pace. ​​​

Day 03

Casablanca

Step inside the only Jewish museum in Africa, where precious artifacts and photographs reveal Morocco’s vibrant Jewish heritage. Visit the beautiful Beth-El Synagogue, its intricate woodwork glowing in the afternoon light, and meet members of the city’s active Jewish community – a living connection to centuries of coexistence. 

Continue the road to Fes.

Day 05

Rabat

After breakfast, take the road to Rabat. Visit the Hassan II Tower and the picturesque Kasbah of the Udayas. Explore the ancient ruins of Chellah, a fascinating medieval site with Roman and Islamic heritage. Walk through the historic Jewish quarter, the Mellah, where you can discover old synagogues and enjoy traditional Moroccan-Jewish cuisine.

Day 07

Departure Day

Cap off your Moroccan adventure with an unforgettable sunrise hot air balloon flight over the Marrakech plains. After your flight, enjoy a traditional breakfast before returning to your hotel.

Note: This activity requires an early start (4:30-5:00 AM) but can be arranged even on departure day if your flight leaves in the afternoon/evening. We'll coordinate timing with your transfer to the airport.

Day 02

Marrakech

Discover the Mellah (historic Jewish quarter), visit the Alzama Synagogue and Miâara Cemetery, and explore centuries of Sephardic history in Marrakech. Mountains’ gaze.

Day 04

Fes 

Wake up in Fes where history whispers through the labyrinthine alleys of the ancient Jewish quarter. Visit the UNESCO-listed Ibn Danan Synagogue, its 17th-century stone walls echoing with prayers of generations. Wander past historic courtyard homes with hidden Stars of David, their ironwork balconies overlooking narrow streets unchanged for centuries.

Day 06

Marrakech

After your travels, head back to Marrakech for a hands-on Moroccan cooking class in a traditional riad. Learn to craft iconic dishes like tagine or couscous from scratch, using fresh spices from the souk. Chop, simmer, and savor your creations on a sun-dappled terrace – the perfect finale to your Moroccan adventure.
